For some, sure, the furry community is about sex.
For some, it's about just being something different for a time, and then pulling the suit off at the end of the day
For some, its just a bit of fun.
For some, they feel a spiritual connectedness with their animals (or fursonas) and enjoy expressing that.
And who knows what other reasons there is out there for people to enjoy it.
It's not something that's 'new'. There have been people dressing up as animals far beyond recorded history. Often 'shamans' and 'medicine men' etc have partaken in this stuff on the spiritual side of things..
If there is no learning, there is no change.
If there is no change, there is no growth.
Without growth, we will only stagnate and decompose.
