It appears as though it's virtually impossible to vaporize large doses before you're up, up, and away.

I found this old thread on tribe.net from a man who self experimented with doses up to 140mg, and he apparently stopped breathing!Shocked

Interesting read.

This is a great place for real high dose experiences.

100+ is what I would consider a high dose for me.

Personally anything over 80mgs is usually completely incapacitating and rather unpleasant.
I get massive looping of time, confusion, anxiety, and sometimes extreme dysphoria. High doses are really not for me. A solid 50-60mg breakthrough is more than enough.

I don't know SWIM and personally don't trust him at all. If SWIM is posting, most likely I will not respond...as I said, I don't trust the guy. YOU I trust, but never SWIM.

The high dose is useless if you cant remember anything. We all know the higher we go the less we recall.

is a fine line

There's no point in going far beyond a breakthrough dose. No one knows the maximum safe human dose.

Keep in mind that it was reported during some professional DMT tests performed on human subjects a while back that one person turned blue and that person's heart stopped beating after an injection of 40 mg of DMT and had to be revived with heart massage. The person would have died had no one been there to perform heart massage. However others showed no such sign of toxicity at that dosage. There’s no telling how you will react. You could be allergic to DMT, or extra sensitive to it, or be taking drugs that interact dangerously with it. As always, use caution. Don’t jump up to large doses suddenly. Always start low and slowly work your way up until you find the perfect dose.

SWIM stopped breathing after accidentally smoking 40 mg of 5-MeO-DMT and his heart was pounding violently. It was very unpleasant and scary as hell. 5-MeO-DMT is 5-10 times stronger than DMT though.

When you guys are talking about "not breathing", are you talking about taking it with a sitter and the sitter confirming that you actually stopped breathing? Because I have read multiple reports where people are sure that they've stopped breathing during the trip and yet when they come down, others confirm that they were breathing fine the entire time. The subjective effect could easily be due to time distortion or just dissociation from whatever module normally consciously keeps track of breathing. Breathing is very automatic.

From reading his report he did indeed have a sitter and apparently needed a bit of assistance after 140mg of spice. Travel safely. I wouldn't go past 60 in my space ship.

SWIM is not going to report he stopped breathing if it was just an illusion of perception. He actually stopped breathing for 1 minute. I want it to be very clear that the trip was from 40 mg of smoked 5-MeO-DMT, not DMT.
