A little while back I made a analog brew with Jurema, Acacia and a separate Peganum Harmala brew, with big success. (Iĺl try and post my tek for that at a later point)

But after a traditional ceremony with a Shaman from Peru visiting here I decided to try and brew a traditional brew with 1:1 Caapi and Chakruna.

I did 3 washes with 500g Caapi and 500g Chakruna. Unreduced brew was around 30 litres. Reduced that down to a bit less than 500ml and gulped down 50ml maybe 20 mins ago. Wanted to test it before I serve it to a friend in a planned ceremony.

Feeling the onset coming now. Iĺl try and report back before sleeping time

Music is alive and in your soul. It can move you. It can carry you. It can make you cry! Make you laugh. Most importantly, it makes you feel! What is more important than that?

Thank you so much Smile I could feel the positive vibes for sure. And strong. I went top bed to lie down and checked here on my phone; When I saw your response I felt a wave of warm positive energy. This was just around when I started to get some visual and emotional effects.

The brew was definitely not a misfire. Took a while to take effect, but the first part was clear and very crisp. Strong colourful glittering visuals and some insights with a clear message to keep for myself for now. I went to the toilet to take a leak, and my wife and daughter was showering and playing so happily. My little 3 year old daughter washing the shoulders of my wife. Was a beautify sight...Goshhhh.

I was lying in bed and then my daughter came into the room, closed the door after herself and came to hug me. Then sat for a while with me, like she was checking on me. Also demanded to check what music I was listening to, then gave me the ear-buds back. The only other time I had a solo ceremony she did the exact same thing. I think kids understand the spiritual realm better then most adults. still pure sort of speak. No doubt it was a nice visit. She didn’t stay long and then left and closed the door behind her.

No purging but a little nausea. next time I will probably start with same amount, then re-dose the same after 2 hours or so.

But even though the dose was not so huge, It is starting to get different for me. I didn’t used to have much visuals before despite strong doses. It is like my subconscious mind is more receptive to Madre Ayahusaca now. Such clear and crisp visuals Smile So beautiful.

And there is a big difference between traditional brew and Jurema/Acacia. I love Jurema/acacia and will do it again for sure, but Caapi/Chakruna is definitely different. More gentle and more crisp, and a distinct presence. Its like I can feel the madre watching over me. No interaction at all, just a loving presence. That said, Jurema/Acacia also had its own qualities, more brutal maybe but in a good way Smile With Jurema/Acacia its like my subconscious mind smacks me in the face when I want answers to issues. One time I went in wanting to resolve my social anxiety, and got smacked in the face with a clear message to stop whining. That my anxiety was just my imagination, and then I was catapulted into pure love and bliss. Turns out that was what I needed, the root of my problems was that I had to start accepting and loving myself.
This makes me want to try Caapi/Chaliponga brew. Maybe that will be my next brew.

But something really really weird happened;

After about 2-3 hours the peak was over and I came out to have some soup and bread. Was very hungry and ate well. But then I sat down in my chair and started eating an apple, and holy shit, it came back. I had to run to the toilet for a quick rear end purge, and while doing that the floor became alive and I had to focus to stay lucid. And then went back to bed and enjoyed it for a while. That lasted very short though, maybe 30-40 minutes or so.

Anyone else experienced it coming back after eating? Never happened to me before, this was my #8 in total I think.

But all in all I´m happy with the brew and feel comfortable serving it to my friend in a week or so.

Peace love and anarchy

Hah, that is something that a smoker or vaporer will never say.

I am glad things went well for you. Thank you for sharing your experience.
