I was reading through "The Tao of rue extraction" in preparation for an extraction. I notice that they never once specify a desired ph when they acidify and such.

Has nobody experimented to find what ph works best? Especially for the initial acid washes I was curious. Looks like with basifying(?) you can go by color somewhat at least.

If its just a recipe with no real measurement I can live with that but the DMT extraction teks were so specific. I miss it

Exact measurements aren't really required for extracting harmalas.

Not much acid is required but I believe the ideal PH range should be between 2 - 4.

Just a splash or two of vinegar should do the trick.
Convert a melodic element into a rhythmic element...
