I've a bottle basfied solvent of for weeks in my closet. I see some crystals between the solvent and the NPS. They are very near the basfied solvent. Stays the DMT inside the NPS after heating it again? Do completely cold NPS still gets DMT from the basfied solvent?

I'll try my best to translate, I hope I don't get it wrong...

"I've had a bottle of basified solvent (with dissolved DMT gunk precipitating in it) for weeks in my closet. I see some crystals between the layer of non polar solvent and the basified solvent. Will the DMT compounds stay in the non polar solvent if I heat up the whole thing again? If I don't heat it, can I use the cold non polar solvent to pull the DMT from the basified solvent (without too much of the DMT goodies getting left behind)?"

If by basified solvent, you mean the basified bark/water mix.....

Yes the alkaloids will stay in the nps if you heat it up, but if you've left it for a while, you may be better off mixing it again. There will usually be some crystals in the middle of the two layers, if you mix it up again, these crystals may migrate into the nps. But if they don't, don't try to salvage these crystals because they are imbedded in a layer of oils/fats and this will contaminate your pulls.

And if you don't want to heat it again, you will still have alkaloids in the nps, but better to mix it again anyway. The warmer the solvent the better its capacity to store your alkaloids, so maybe heating it up a little will be a good idea.
