I just reduce doses to a spoonful and throw it at the back of my throat followed by a sip of water or fresh juice. The taste is easy to get over. I always thought it was child's play compared to rue or mimosa...those give me goosebumps Smile

That sounds easier to do but you could always try it out and report back. Wish morning glory tea could be reduced but the heat would ruin the potency of the LSA.

I plug my nose and knock it back like a big shot of whiskey... And then I follow it up with a little shot of Fernet. Works great and does wonders for the stomach harshness too.

(It's an aperitif, if you've never heard of it... Think "herbal pepto bismol".)

I kinda like the taste....

I also feel like the taste is part of the experience - Ayahuasca teaches you to enjoy more bitter foods (something sorely lacking in most peoples diets these days). I wouldnt feel right trying to avoid it because I have even experienced insights just from the taste before...

I haven't tried ayahuasca yet but that's a refreshing approach to it. I don't know if I could apply it to morning glory tea though. I simply can't stand that taste. It's earthy like shrooms but way worse. At least shrooms kinda taste like food for sophisticated appetites
