Good to see you growing your own grass. That extract looks much like some of the early spice I made from wild p. Aquatica. I'll share some of my observations and experiences and try to give you some advice.
Firstly, grasses extractions require a lot of material to get any appreciable amount of DMT (I would get a yield of about 0.1% of wet mass). When I did my first couple grass extracts I tried doing an A/B. This is not the way to go, ime. which brings me to my next point. Grasses have loads of fat and chlorophyll in them, that's what your last pic is of (and based on an estimate that's likely 80+% of the weight of your extract). All these nonpolar compounds mean you end up wasting a lot of nps if you're not smart about it. And my final point of experience, the purified spice from grasses as close to no smell. If you get you nose right down in there it might have a faint whiff of fresh daffodils or some other flowery aroma, but not much. Also, I could never get sharp crystals out of grass. I could get it to a snow white goo that went waxy when scraped from freeze precip, but not crystals (definitely worked tho, vaped well and would launch me).
The way I developed for doing this in an efficient manner was a base-acid-base extract. While I like the grass juicer idea, you likely leave a bunch of goods behind in the fibre and it sound like you've used very little water to liberate the alkaloids. So here's the method I settled on for grasses (don't use it much now, I've moved to harvesting wild a. Maidenii root bark).
1) chop 1kg of freshly harvested grass as fine as possible. I usually just used a big knife on a chopping board. I'd lay the grass in a tight bunch all facing the same way and cut it into 5mm confetti.
2) to a 3L+ glass vessel with a good watertight lid (you could probably use your crock pot as long as the inside isn't exposed metal, but a big glass bottle will make it easier later, I always used a 4L Erlenmeyer flask) add your chopped grass and enough water to fill the flask (with 100mL space for later).
3) slowly add 125g of NaOH per litre of mixture. Take the appropriate precautions when handling lye and the resulting solution as the pH is going to be above 14.
4) if using your crock pot, put it on a very low heat setting and allow the mixture to digest for a good 24 hours, mixing occasionally (I used to leave it 2 or 3 days, but I didn't heat this step either). Over this period the alkaline solution will break down the grass, turning the mixture a deep green-black colour.
5) place your flask in a hot water bath (if you haven't already done so) and add 100mL of xylene (or any other light phase nps, but it's best to use and aggressive solvent so we don't waste money dissolving fat and chlorophyll).
6) stopper the bottle and gently mix the contents (roll, swirl and invert, but don't shake). Allow separation of the nps and repeat at least 3 more times.
7) remove the xylene layer with a baster, syringe or siphon and place in a collection vessel for later (I would use a 500mL Erlenmeyer flask)
Repeat steps 6 and 7 at least twice more (you can do more if the solvent is still coming out yellow)

add enough dilute acid (pH = 2) to the nonpolar pulls to fill your flask (vinegar is fine here, I use 0.01M HCl, because it's cheaper). Gently mix the contents over a period of 20 minutes. Remove the acid (bottom) layer and place in a flask for later (1L erlenmeyer here).
Repeat step 8 until you have at least 3x the volume of acid solution as you do nonpolar solution.
9) add 40g/L NaOH to your relatively clear acid solution.
10) add 50mL naphtha (or hexane if you like) to the now alkaline mixture. Gently mix and allow separation at least 4 times. Remove nonpolar and place in evap dish. Repeat. Two pulls should be sufficient here because there should only be alkaloids in the solution at this point.
11) evap to about 20% of original volume and freeze overnight.
12) decant or otherwise remove the solvent from the evap dish and allow to dry completely.
13) scrape up your spice

I hope this helps you get some spice out. I'm always here to help if you need any more tips, tricks or advoce.

I'm not a big fan of SWIM. I mean, I've never met the guy, but any time I hear about him, he's doing something sketchy.
