If you feel comfortable meeting up at the sonic bloom festival in Colorado this weekend pm me and we can make arrangements. Would love to meet some fellow nexians!

On a side note. What does everyone think about these transformation festivals? This one is billed as a music festival.. psychedelic festival all in all.

I havent been to a festival and will stick to a smaller venue if I choose to go, which I'd like to.
I think festivals have great potential and have brought many people together, new or old friends and family alike. I think important factors to consider are harm reduction (some festivals offer test kits and trained people for those going through a difficult experience) and environmental impact. Are there activities or things that can be done at the festival to offset some of the impact of a lot of people flying or driving there? Tree planting? Solar power when possibly? The artist The Polish Ambassador advocates for these kinds of things.
I was in CO for a while before moving recently but hope that you enjoy! It is a beautiful state, if you haven't been! If you have time before or after the festival, I recommend checking out Denver or Boulder.

Music is alive and in your soul. It can move you. It can carry you. It can make you cry! Make you laugh. Most importantly, it makes you feel! What is more important than that?

Unfortunately I've only been to CO once. It was a family vacation a few years back (Pikes Peak etc. etc.) and man was it gorgeous out there! It would be so much fun to attend such a festival, I am sure. Have you been to this particular festival before, dmnstr8?

There is also Arise music festival in Loveland,CO which is like an hour and a half north of Denver in early August. Might be worth taking a look at too Smile And RedRocks is a great venue outside of Denver for concerts if you can't make the festivals. If I was able to stay in CO, I would have loved to go there as I've only gone to the small venue in Boulder.
