Hi, so I'm extracting with consistent success now. Thanks to my fellow Nexians, and specifically Cyb for his Tek.

My question is this- With regard to the five pulls one should do, from 50g of bark.

Is it best to put each pull in a seperate baking tray, or can I simply put them all in the same one. IE, what are the differences in results from one baking tray reasonably deep with saturated solution. And several trays of fairly shallow solution?

You can put them all in one freeze/precip vessel, but evaporate half of your solvent, or more. Make the solvent very saturated, you know it will go milky white with even slight blow over the surface. Then put it in the freezer.

As a rule, shallow. But I pool all my pulls then evap to about 10-20% of original volume then freeze. The reason I gave that conflicted answer is; more surface area is going to give better results for freeze precipitation, so a tall skinny vessel will typically precipitate less than a wide shallow one when filled with the same amount of solvent.
