morning all,
if any of you have been on retreat i would be interested to know how the days were layed out.
I have some time off work next month and im looking to do a home/local nature based 10 day meditation session, for one reason or another i cant go on a proper retreat at this time but i would like to be able to add a similar structure to my 10 days.
im also interested in hearing if anyone found that it made a maked impression on there practice, i have been sitting, on and off, for a few years now and have recently made some noticable gains in my practice, so i feel that now is a good time to try to give it an extra boost with some concerted effort. what differences, if any, did you notice in your practice after retreat?
