Select ur usual breakthru dose.

I picked 40mg to 50mg. My doseage has changed a lot in the 8 or so monthes i've been useing DMT. When I first started, I wouldn't break through, even at 100mg. Just have the fractals, vivid colours, and crazy thoughts. After a coulple months of sporadic use, I had my first breakthrough, at about 60mg. Wow. After that my common dose was about 60mg, and if I had correct set and setting, would result in a breakthrough every time.

A couple more months go by, and I notice that 40mg can sometimes absolutely roll me. Still, I guess my average dose is about 50mg, sometimes 60mg. Highest I've ever gone was 180mg, and it was overwhelming. Hard to describe, but I guess it was like being a computer, and haveing the reset button pushed every half second or so. For 20 minutes. It was difficult to pull myself back together after that one.

As for Jungle spice, i've only ever done a xylene pull on an already exhusted batch. Had it maybe 10 times, and still forming an opinion on it. I normally have 30mg of DMT with 30mg of Jungle. In my experiace with Jungle, it does not vaporise anywhere near as well as DMT, and leaves lot more residue behind. I can normally take 50mg in 1 or 2 hits, but with jungle, it is a lot harder, because it just doesn't want to vape for me. Tales at least 4 hits to get it all in, and by then the DMT is almost at full effect. I am useing a jet lighter, with a glass powder pipe.

at first i would require 8mg to have entity contact - the first few times i smoked spice it was different - it was like i had to sort out all issues before the adventure could begin - like i was being prepped. i can still have contact at such a low dose but higher doses are enjoyed.
on low doses the breakthru chance appears as a tunnel - kinda like the inside of some intestine or something, if the dose is small it comes into view - i start to travel down it then it goes out of focus and shifts to the side, higher doses - u come out the other end, higher doses, it all just happens too fast.
i think the first few times i tried spice i loaded like 200-300mg(the pipe was dripping with spice allready) into a machine and puffed 2-3 massive puffs, was kinda confusing that way, way too intense - so a small scale was purchased - so much peace of mind now.

my dosages have totally changed since I began... in the beginning when I had no scales the first few 'full contact' experiences were from what I guess would have been >100mg... after a couple of frightening and frankly humbling experiences I realized that maybe I was trying to hard to voyage deep... I got some scales and dropped my usual dosage down to 50mg. This would generally give me a total breakthrough eyes opened or closed. I found that on 50mg doses I tended to not recall much meaningfull information... if any at all... so I lowered my dosage to about 30mg ... this way I find that I still usually recieve communication but I am somewhat aware of my body and can open my eyes... however I have had some some 30mg experience where I recieved total amnesia ... almost like a major over dose... not sure why exactly this has happenned... but i am feeling that I am getting more sensitive to our beloved molecule as I work with it more and more. I will be sticking with 30mg for the foreseeable future, with probably a 50mg with harmaline dose for the next S.H.E. event... I find it is also nice to prepare 50mg divided into 3rds... smoke 1/3rd to prepare myself and then smoke the other 2/3rds shortly after

About 40 mg does it for SWIM. He uses a custom built test tube chamber vaporizer which allows him to easily get nearly all the vapor. Prior to having that vaporizer, 75-100 mg would have been needed because of wasted vapor.

40-60 here. Lower and it can get a little frustrating at the "almost" point.
