Depends hugely on the saturation of the solution. However you look at it from a single extraction point of view (larger pulls or several pulls combined in one volume) the larger volume is likely to be less saturated. Hence the freeze precip will lower yield. Hence you face 2 choices: reuse the solvent (will make the overall process more efficient as you wont lose any spice) or evap the solvent down to optimal concentration (however if you evap down too much, the fats may start precipitating out as gooey solids, easily avoided with a naptha wash of the bark before extraction).
SWIM's advice to you would be to use smaller pulls if you want more spice, bigger pulls if you want more speed.
