I found some seeds for a Salvia I had never before heard of - Salvia viridis (also called horminum). Wikipedia has this to say about this beatiful plant: "In A Modern Herbal, M. Grieve and C. F. Lyel write that the seeds and leaves of Salvia viridis used to be added to fermenting vats to "greatly increase the inebriating quality of the liquor". An infusion of the leaves was used for sore gums, and powdered leaves for snuff."
Has anyone here tried this plant? I am growing lots of them right now, in a month or two I will be able to try them.
