Hello all! I am another psychonaut with interests in biology, chemistry, business, accounting, and anything else science related. I am currently working on a method for producing bulk mushrooms of cubes without the need of a PC for beginners that carry less risk and work then other methods. I like to run DMT extractions. I also like to cultivate plants but have yet to start anything good in a while. I would like to get a salvia plant and run some extractions. When my state turns over to medical cannabis I hope to be ready with investors to start my own business. I have almost finished my undergrad degree and am excited to get back in the work force with my degrees. I would like to say that this is one of the most professional forums I have seen online and feel good about being a member here. I hope y'all are having a good time. Cheers, Blackdust "Not one rain drop blames it's self for the flood"

JustCurious, Normally people who start off in growing cubes will use the PF method since grain flour is much easier to sanitize then whole grains and does not need to be pressure cooked for the inoculate of choice (normally a spore syringe for beginners) for relatively good success. After sometime in growing cubes a person sometimes wants to grow a larger amount of mushrooms then what the PF method can provide in terms of work to reward. So they go on to buy a pressure cooker to be able to grow larger quantities and better results then the PF method. I intend to find a way to work around the need of a pressure cooker for growing bulk that caries less work and risk. I will have a degree in accounting and management in about a year. Mmmm... Mush porn!! Hope you complete the tek I personally dont mind using the ol' PC, I'm not the most experienced mush grower, but so far I've only had one jar (out of about 30-40) fall to mold. I'm looking at doing my first bulk grow and would be interested in some advice. Btw, that's a monster cap!

Hi Nemesauce, I can provide many links for growing bulk and share my own experiences if you would like! Blackdust "Not one rain drop blames it's self for the flood"

Hi Anne, I am happy to see you in another one of my threads. I look up to the work you have done. The grows in my pictures are just normal bulk tubs. I was using 10qts of rye spawn to a brick of coir, 2 qts verm and 5ish qts of water. One of them may have been a horse poo sub but it's been a while so I cant say for sure. I do know the monster mushroom was from a horse poo sub with 10qts rye spawn. Here are some more pictures for sharing. I have shots of a grain water liquid culture, a 3rd transfer culture plate, and a mushroom butt to cardboard. blackdust attached the following image(s): 700435821-DSCN1011.jpg (161kb) downloaded 25 time(s). 700435907-DSCN1012.jpg (228kb) downloaded 25 time(s). 700444359-DSCN1015.jpg (310kb) downloaded 25 time(s). 742308949-DSCN1026.jpg (209kb) downloaded 25 time(s). 745489279-bitches130091123.jpg (41kb) downloaded 26 time(s). 886579623-GWLC_-_1.jpg (594kb) downloaded 25 time(s). 886774599-agar.jpg (107kb) downloaded 25 time(s)."Not one rain drop blames it's self for the flood"
