I have about 50G of acacia confusa root bark powder that i'm planning to pull some DMT out of. I have a basic knowledge of chemistry and am following a version of cyb's salt tek with a clean up at the end. I would like others input on how I can possibly improve the process or tell me if i'm missing anything or about to fail

I am going to place 50g of ACRB in a 1 liter bottle with a thin neck. I will then add 200 ml water and mix gently till there are no lumps. I will add 55ml white vinegar and place in a heat bath for 1.5 hours gently swirling gently every 15 minutes.

Dissolve 35g salt in 200ml very hot water and add additional 275ml water to saline and add to the 1 litre bottle immediately proceeding to next step

slowly add 50g of lye to 200ml water slowly. add to acidic soup once dissolved. (Should turn almost black)

add a little bit of water to top off while leaving room for naphtha and place in warm water bath for 2 hours gently mixing and stirring occasionally. Allow to cool before pulling.

heat naphtha in water bath and add 50ml to basic soup. Bicycle motion gently for 45-60 seconds then let separate fully
repeat 3x

suck up naphtha and collect pulls in glass container
perform 6 pulls

How would i do? Anything i should know before attempting?

Sounds good except add the lye to a seperate batch of water first as it can sometimes heat up really hot and destroy alkeloids if your not careful. If you have got the extra lye you can use that to heat it up to 50c as you can not have too much lye and it helps emulsions. First you said you were doing pulls for 3x then you said for 6 times, anywhere between is good but you can test it in the freezer by cloudiness.

Make sure you were protective mask as those chems are nasty and take frequent breaks to avoid stress. good luck

Follow the tek as it is laid out then you dont have to second guess yourself, if you say you have a basic knowledge of chemistry involved in extractions then you should be able to decide for yourself if it will work.
