Alternative for Separatory Funnel (Cheap and easy!) Options

Has anyone ever used this product or a similar one? It looks like it would work very well for pulling. The only problem is that it is plastic. I know HDPE is fine but I couldn't find anywhere what type of plastic it is.

Apparently it's made of Tritan plastic. I called just out of curiosity.

I personally find that these things to a pretty terrible job of separating anything, even gravy Confused

Sorry to bump this, but I have to agree with Psybin. Gravy separators should NEVER be used unless you're just trying to separate the bulk of the basic solution out and then use another method to decant the NPS.

Glass turkey basters, glass syringes, or a separatory funnel (in that order) are your best options.

Don't risk contaminating your product with the basic soup. A glass turkey baster is $6 on amazon.
