I dunno if this question has been asked here before and I didn't see any in my search soo I'll go ahead and ask here.I'm currently taking 2mg of klonopin twice a day and 20mg of latuda twice a day along with a 50mg of pristiq once a day.So the question is how long should I stop taking the pristiq before I make some Formosahuasca?I read anywhere from 48hrs to 14 days.I've only been on the pristiq for about 5 days and want to stop taking it completely anyway because I have some fungus to look forward to all spring and I am not a fan of antidepressants.Anyway I have the acacia but instead of the rue i have 2 gs of Harmine/Harmaline HCl extract I'm gonna use.Any advice before I dose?

A single dose of Pristiq 'should' be cleared by a healthy adult in about 3 days. You've been taking it for probably 5-6 days now so I'd expect a cumulative effect. To be on the safe side somewhere around 2 weeks would probably see it free from your system.

You really should talk to your doctor about that rather than taking random advice on a forum, these are psychotropic medications and not vitamins.

I'd too be concerned about Latuda. You'll probably find serotonergic psychedelics to have fairly diminished effects while taking these types of medications as they are 5HT2A antagonists. I'm not sure what the contraindications are with MAOI's but enough doubt is there to properly research it as it is also potentially harmful.

Thank you for your reply and I know these drugs are not to be played with but I find my trips to be more therapeutic than these medications will ever be,I'm not simply getting high.And I just thought I would would ask here because I know there are better minds here than asking anywhere else.I would like to talk to my doctor but all they do is put me on the newest drug on the market,tell me to wait out the side effects and send me packing.Thanks again
