SWIM just tried 75mg of rue harmalas sublingually followed by 60-70mg of N-Oxides in 50/50 DMSO and water. Though the 5ml of liquid made it ridiculously annoying to apply, but SWIM needed to make a good mix and his tincture is only so concentrated.

there do seem to be effects of the DMT along with the harmalas. it is pretty mild at this dose but SWIM can tell there is some psychedelia (for comparison, 70mg n-oxides sublingually gave moderate CEVs and mild OEVs, 120mg oral = decent CEVs and moderate OEVs), not just some harmala effects. It was felt after about 25-35 minutes instead of the 15-20 sublingual brings. At the moment SWIM is at T=+52min after the DMT and he's pretty content with the results. Seems to be steadily climbing.

There was a fair amount of burning and itching after DMSO was applied (to the arms). But it does seem to be working for sure!

All in all the experience was similar to other DMT administrations, length and effects were similar, though the effect was not worth the dose in SWIM's opinion. Maybe if the dose was dissolved in a little less solvent then it would work better. There was no nausea experienced which was a plus, but SWIM won't pursue this any further.

Note: It was the first time SWIM was taking these specific harmalas, he did the same dose the next day without the DMT and the experience, as expected, was completely different. completely harmala.

SWIM is much more interested in the high-efficiency, no nausea sublingual method. He has just made a beautiful pale orange tincture of water w/ 400mg of full spectrum acetate alkaloids that he is looking forward to testing.

though 80mg white DMT dissolved in vinegar gave little effects, 80mg white freebase gave almost identical effects.

SWIM hopes that the full spectrum acetates follow the similar trend sublingually and give him the amazing experience he got from the yellow freebase!

I had a friend that was trying to get this to work with an maoi patch with little success. Maybe sesame oil would make a pharmausca patch a reality.

Coconut oil. Use coconut oil. Works for transdermal cannabis.

Dimethylsulfoxide will probably do it, although I'm not real sure the solubility is great.
