What I'll do from now on is...making AVB-Milk that knocks your socks off.
I gave this a try recently and was very impressed of what AVB still has to offer. The outcome of course depends on how hard you vape it etc.
For the first experiment I did the following:- 6g AVB together with a tablespoon of ground alamonds were thrown in 200ml milk on a stove (medium heat) for 45 minutes. Stirred often. You don't want your milk to be burned. I din't let it cook or simmer I just heated it to the point where it feels...hot.
- Added cocoa
- Strained it all through an old kitchen towel. Koffee filters didn't work.
- Let it cool
- Consumed 100ml of this. About an hour late I looked like rudolph the the red eyed reindeer.

Spurred by the outcome of the first test I did another preparation yesterday.- I took 24g AVB ground it up ion a coffee grinder.
- threw the 24g AVB in 270ml milk along with 2 or 3 tablespoons ground alamonds.
- Heated and stirred (periodicaly and often) for about 1 1/2 hours
- Strained through towel
- Added a good ammount of cocoa
- Stirred
- Let it cool
My wife and me each tested 10ml of this yesterday an hour before going to bed. We both slept very, very well. She said she had the best sleep in a long time. So I guess it's pretty potent.
And now here comes the cool thing --->
I filled the rest into something like an ice-cube tray. And put it the freezer.
Now when we want do dose...we'll just thaw one or two or three cubes each, gulp it down...and there we go.
Everything is always okay in the end, if it's not, then it's not the end.
