To those who are a bit more versed in astronomy, etc: Have they ever named a star outside of the Milky Way Galaxy? I tried to google the issue but came up short. "As my soul left my body, I found myself floating in a swirling ocean of multi-colored light. At the end, I could see and feel an even brighter light pulling me toward it, and as it shined on me, I felt indescribable happiness. I remembered everything about eternity - knowing, that we had always existed, and that all of us are family. Then old friends and loved ones surrounded me, and I knew without a doubt I was home, and that I was so loved." - Christian AndréasonDude, that blonde girl is a total DMT/10.

^^ Are you Sirius? .......Sirius - The brightest star in the sky is also one of the nearest to Earth: Sirius is just under 9 light years away. This is a binary star: the primary star, Sirius A, is orbited by a white dwarf known as Sirius B. Located in the Galaxy Canis Major.
