As germony is a tritbretfahrer land the real test for germans are the next US elections . The democrats will loose = what will the new government do ? Will they stop the liberalisation or not ? IF they leave things as they are now europe has a chance for " legalisation " .

Several years ago, a woman in Cologne, Germany was busted with over a pound of cannabis. She did not plead guilty but fought for her rights in the german courts. She claimed her right as a rastafarian to smoke weed. In the end a high court agreed. She even had her cannabis returned to her.

On the other hand: 1/4 of all people in western nations are dying because of cancer. I'm sure a lot of fat cats are going berserk (or at least let their lawyers), if they don't get the full treatment.

There already is a serious outrage that sick germans have to get medical cannabis from Switzerland which makes the whole affair so costly. The whole prohobition dangles on a thin twine when most doctors, scientists, judges, even half of the police is on the other side.
We just have to wait until more of these old bastards gets cancer (hopefully).
Since i am already in full asshole modus i go even further and suggest no politician who argued against Cannabis should ever get it as threatment.

No need for being an asshole. I think they are still entitled to food, shelter and medical treatment (Hartz4 level style however).

Since they impeded Cannabis research, I think they have sell their property and donate it to the guys who pushed it forward, in order for compensation and benefiting from the work of others.

The person being interviewed gets prescribed 2 gramms a day fo bad pain . If he got that from a chemist it would cost 900 euros a month and the insurance companys dont pay . He grows 1 plant in a cupboard .
