Hello,
Something which works great for me is following procedure

a) filter water trough reverse osmosis to get rid of all contaminants
b) using a blender or anything the creates a little tornado in the water (I have this product: twister sport)
This shall, according to some guys who advertise this, unwind water-clusters.
-> detox and quality increase

The result is a fresh-tasting super enjoyable water, which I'm currently uploading into my body Smile

Please give me feedback and feel free to try this method

I have a 12 stage filter that filters VOC's, pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, flouride, etc. My water is so much better tasting after coming out of the filter.

I couldnt afford the multistage reverse osmosis system just yet, but once I have my own house I plan on having a multistage RO filter for the entire houses water supply.

Many also use alkaline water (such as kangen), I personally have never tried it.

I've been really thinking about a water filter lately. Tap water here is foul. Especially living near several landfills & factories.

How much did the filter + twister sport run you?
Even a temporary setup until i can grab a better one would be cheaper in the long run than bottled water.

Most grocery stores I've been to have water fill stations that have reverse osmosis water for very cheap - when I was in FL it was sold for 20-somethin' cents per gallon. Here in my home town it's 39 cents per gallon. (Way cheaper than bottled water)

I'll have to look next time i'm out & see if i notice any i've missed.
They don't seem to be very common here but i do recall seeing them in every sweet bay, winn dixie, & publix i frequented while i lived in florida.

I think (not sure at all) water from reverse osmosis is not good to drink everyday cause of the lack of minerals.

Another relevant point is drinking warm water vs. cold or static water.

One thing about being highly intuitive is we often insulate ourselves in terms of informations and experience and though we do our best to describe things, referencing external resources would serve the purpose much better(although I take some of this from my observations if Japanese tea ceremonies.) Still, what I have noticed is that warm water is much more of an ally to the body than cold water or static water (boiled and let return to some warm but comfortable temp)

Also if the cheapest water you can get is reverse osmosis, maybe get some bulk Himalayan sea salt and add the tiniest tiniest amount whenever you prepare drinking water. Sorry for no resources but this is all just my intuitive approach. Also you can stir the water as it cools and dissolves the salt and with enough practice you can probably unwind clusters just by stirring.

^^^Definitely something that should be mentioned.

I've done a bit of research on that topic and there is a lot of debate over it. Some sources (including doctors/scientists) claim that there is no danger and that some of them have been drinking distilled water for decades with no issues - and in some people's cases, recommending their patients do the same.

Both sides of the debate say they have proof, and I didn't find anything absolutely conclusive in my little research, but I didn't dig very deep.

Seems like a good idea. Think I'll start doing that with what I drink; thanks.
