I'm not going to respond to you in this thread, please stay on topic.

My response is here.

Quote:
ILPT think is because of it`s mild yet fairly psychoactive effects with absolute lack of any side effects. That`s why he is able to smoke it few times a day 365 days a year Shocked
It never caused nausea or hang over to ILPT actually it helped beat nausea from others entheos. ....
Every other stuff is either too strong(dmt, lsd) or has unpleasant side effects(hbwr, harmalines, cacti)

I like Cannabis for the same reason!

'Coatl said on another thread about my post - Ahaha, She thinks it's Trichocereus peruvianus because it comes from Peru!

Nope again i clearly stated that was not the only reason also i stated due to its characteristics. Also due to the person that it was sourced from got it from someone that came from Peru with the Trichocereus Peruvianus enough said here. Don't try and take my words out of context on another thread to make out that i don't know what I'm talking about because you cant handle being wrong ok thank you Very happy

Im sorry you are being the arrogant one and you haven't proved me wrong in any way shape or form. I know what I'm talking about and i know people miss label cacti. I also know how lucky i am to have a T. Peruvianus. This discussion isn't an intellectual debate by any means you are going over board because i said you were wrong im over this discussion. Its no debate its just you trying to demean what i say with any opportunity. Thank you any way. Im not getting involved in this negativity. Cool

Now... let's go back on topic.

too late coatl'.....once again your defensive, aggressive behavior has ruined a perfectly nice thread.

sister- are you really sure this is the site for you? it just seems that you are so eager to argue and so desperate to always be right....it really is out of context with the entire vibe of this forum. if you go back and re-read this thread, you will find that it is YOU who derails it by asking aegle what clone whe was using and then telling her she was wrong in her identification of it. you then went on to immediately suggest that you "discuss" it in your other thread...

why? aegle and phlux seem like they are pretty astute in identifying and using cacti. (btw-phlux i'm gonna try that jello tek this weekend!) and aegle clearly told you she wasn't interested in going to your other thread. then YOU continue to make posts telling HER that SHE is off-topic and NEEDS to go to your other thread, etc....
serously sister- let it go!

i'm really sad as i type this to you coatl'. the only reason i feel like i can is that you've pretty much strangled the life out of this thread anyways so it doesn't really matter what's discussed at this point. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE start taking to heart what a LOT of people here have tried to tell you with love and compassion COUNTLESS TIMES. maybe if you stop for a minute and think about WHAT A GIFT this site is....how BLESSED we all are to have this community....and how PRECIOUS every single person's contribution is...BEFORE you go on the attack, we'd all be a lot more at peace.

otherwise you're just putting a tarnish on an otherwise sparkling experience. with almost 2,000 posts - maybe you could try to LISTEN a bit more....

peace.

I proved Phlux wrong. Period.

He offered no evidence to the contrary.

Perhaps I'm wrong but we will never know if he doesn't offer some evidence! If I am wrong I would be glad to admit it, but I really don't think I am (and I'd love to have a serious debate with anybody who is willing)!

Quote:

I am right and offered evidence to the fact.

Quote:
then YOU continue to make posts telling HER that SHE is off-topic and NEEDS to go to your other thread, etc....

She was off topic.

Quote:
why? aegle and phlux seem like they are pretty astute in identifying and using cacti.

Then why do they refuse to back up their claims?

I can quote about 3 different books written by Cacti experts on this subject... is anybody going to actually address the issue here? Or are you just going to keep telling me I'm wrong and not actually provide any evidence? This has nothing to do with belief, this is cold hard facts! Offer some freaking evidence already! Basically.... put up or shut up!

Way to start it back up.

um.....yes....coatl'....but.....THIS thread was about people's top five favorite psychoactives....not cacti and who is "right" in their identification of it...or how much of a "cacti expert" you are. that whole exchange was just sad to read....truly..

you proved Phlux wrong. period.

....and what possible positivity are we to take from a statement like that?

peace and love to you little sister. let love and gratitude be the driving force behind ALL of your actions. postings included.

way to start it back up? okay....i'll start it back up....

IF ANYONE HAS READ THIS FAR AND ENDURED THE UNNECESSARY DERAILMENT TO GET TO THIS POINT- PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LIST YOUR TOP 5 FAVORITE PSYCHOACTIVES.

..(and if cacti are involved- do us all a favor and don't say which. just say "cacti"Pleased. Very happy

Look I'm sorry if I offended anybody. I said it more than once.

I didn't real prove Phlux wrong because we didn't even get to debate about it!

So again... I would like to have a CIVIL debate about cacti... can we not do that?

I promise to be as respectful as possible in presenting my point of view.

I'm sorry but it pisses me off that y'all are telling me I'm wrong but not actually addressing the issue or providing any supporting evidence.

Thanks for going back on topic guys.

And once AGAIN.... sorry for anybody who I offended. I sent both Phlux and Aegle PMs saying "I'm sorry".

I hope in the future we can have more civil debates.

This is an odd topic for me because I've had all different strange, wonderful and even darn hellish experience on most of the substances I use.

The longer I think about this the more I surprise myself, but here we go

1.LSD (only had it 2x. Once was digital satan TV broadcasting through my eyes... the other "is that an idea or is it an orgasm of the head?"
2.DMT + Rue extract + morning sunlight through my window. Bjork said it best. "All is full of love"
3.Ibogaine. Tried it once. Hmm... definately not what I expected. Turns out I had such a wonderful childhood.
4.DMT Vapour. "Are they dancing FOR me, or WITH me?"
5.2c-b. I am everything, yet nothing. There's no life insurance like knowing all that remains in this world is holy.

Seriously I can't believe I didn't put mushrooms on this list. I think it's because it's something I did a lot of when I was younger and less enlightened so I didn't have the mental capacity to use them to their fullest at the time. But looking back they truly opened the door in a way no substance has done since. First of all they taught me respect. Secondly and above all I found out what I'd be thinking if I was dying. No life changer like that, for certain.

Just those damn stomach cramps they give me... then they shut the door. But I'm greatful that it was open for a time Smile

this is pathetic - iv never encountered an individual quite like you coatl - i dont care to argue, i like speaking with pleasant like minded ppl and i like sharing opinions and ideas openly - i dont like getting attacked - getting sent nasty messages - attacked in every thread i post in followed around basically by a very sick person.

Coatl - just to clear things up -

there are 3 commonly used cacti
t.peruvianus - peruvian torch for those not living in peru
t.pachanoi - san pedro
t.bridgesii - atchuma

Now these cacti vary alot in appearance - ALOT and the naming system for them is not perfect - look at the macrogonus issue (some ppl beleve it exists some say its just a torch)
I have a good few pedro's that look very different from each other, a good few torch that look different from each other and the same with atchuma.

You posted a link to a picture of what someone calls a short spined torch - that turned out to be a pedro - my short spined torch doesnt look like that - you dont know what my torch looks like - how can u prove me wrong on something i own and u have never seen, and then boast about it in this thread and send me a bunch of nasty messages - truly pathetic.

I didnt register on the nexus so that i could get involved in arguments with someone i dont know, i came here because i felt this place had a peacefull, calm and pleasant atmosphere - full of like minded individuals but everytime you get involved in a thread a nasty fight ensues. Your presence here really has changed things - you seem to be able to bring out the worst in people.
Honestly coatl - you are making me not want to come to this site any longer, and im sure im not the only person who is fed up with ur unneccicary attacks and madly changing moods swings and tantrums.

Same for SWIM. He got extremely addicted to marijuana and had to quit. He does NOT like to be addicted to anything at all. It's unfortunate that it's so addictive. For SWIM marijuana was more additive than tobacco. He hates the stuff now that he’s no longer addicted to it and he will never touch it again.

If it wheren't so addictive and numbing i think i would prefer it over almost everything except a good ayahuasca or mushroom trip.
But that's only for oral cannabis. Smoked it's just nice stuff. But taken orally it's a true psychedelic and i find it extremely pleasant that way. But it's very addictive for me, and being an addict wouldn't be so bad if it wouldn't affect my mental capabillity's like it does.
And even worse; once you're an addict, you hardly ever smoke enough to get true satisfaction from it. It's just never enough enymore.
