A friend of mine recently acquired some of this plant in powder form. Its also called clove vine or clavohuasca.

Does anyone have experience with this stuff or know of any interactions with other things like maoi or kratom?

There doesnt seem to be much info online so I've cautioned him on using anything with so little known about it.

New one to me too. Probably know this much already,
"In Peruvian herbal medicine, Clavo huasca is regarded as an aphrodisiac for both men and women. It is widely regarded as an libido booster for both men and women and is a ingredient in two famous formulas which are widely sold in the herbal markets and stores in Peru for sexual potency; one called Siete raices Seven Roots and the other is Rompe Calzon Bust your Britches.

The Shipibo-Conibo, Kayap, and Assurini Indian tribes in the Amazon rainforest regard Clavo huasca highly as an impotency remedy, for weak erections, and as an effective aphrodisiac for both men and women. It is also used as an adjunctive ingredient in various Ayahuasca recipes or taken shortly after taking the magical, medicinally brew to settle the stomach."
NOTE: Clavo huasca by itself can cause extreme nausea, but in combination with ayahuasca reduces it.

That is about all i could find, but it seems tobe easily available.
