Hi all!

I was wondering if ayahuasca ingested at night would leave me absolutely exhausted the next day. If I have to work/study the next day, would it be wise to hold of for the weekend, or will I be fine for working/studying.

Thanks in advance everyone!

YMMV, for me it's ok -- I fall asleep easily after aya/smoalked dmt, wake up feeling normal the next day.

Having said that, if you have important things to do the next day, it might be better to reschedule, in case the trip is something unexpected and leaves you deeply pondering. In that state, you may not be inclined to address your previous priorities in a timely fashion.

In general, I believe, better results come from tripping "guilt & responsibility free", as in, you've already done all the stuff you needed to do, and finally now have the time to do some inner exploration without distractions.
This is the time to really find out who you are and enjoy every moment you have. Take advantage of it.

Thank you! It's rare you get such a useful answer. I will keep your advice in mind.
