Anyone here tried guayusa? White tea i never have had white tea?? Interesting. I would love to try Ilex Guayusa but apparently it has never been found in flower. Who would like to join me to do our best to preserve this species by collecting as much information and data as possible also to create awareness about this plant. If at all possible to source seeds so that we can grow this beautiful and amazing plant and to hopefully propagate flowers. I would love to take some pictures of the flowers Much Peace

I think white tea is similar to green tea, being uncured, unfermented leaves and buds, but I think white tea is even younger, fresher growth than green tea...full of antioxidants.

Wow some of you drink a lot! I only drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day because the advice that keeps appearing in the press is that one shouldn't drink more than three cups a day. That's meant to be the sweet spot- apparently, green tea is a good anti-cancer agent because it stifles growth, and growth is what cancer does best. But when you drink too much, it stifles growth too much and can be bad for you. We all need to grow! APPARENTLY, so I read... please correct me if I'm misinformed. Everything I write is fictional roleplay. Obviously! End tribal genocide: www.survival-international.org Quick petitions for meaningful change: www.avaaz.org/en/ End prohibition: www.leap.cc www.tdpf.org.uk And "Feeling Good" by David D.Burns MD is a very useful book.

Indeed i am very much with you on this, its probably best to have 2-3 cups of green tea and then switch to another herbal tea or fruit juice after Much Peace

Some heavily cultivated plants like Kava never flower, so it is possible Guayusa does NOT flower, but I highly doubt it. I like to drink a lot more than 2-3 cups a day. As a matter of fact i ussualy drink a pot with 5 bags in it every morning and i have the disgusting habit (says my ex-girlfriend) of squeezing the bags for a few last strong drops when i emptied the pot.
