okay i had done an extract a month ago that yeilded no dmt did cybs hybrid tek with a mini ab at the end
the naphta left from the original extraxt was set aside and forgoten thinking the hcl water now have all the dmt
now i found the cup it was sitting in totaly covered in square yellow crystals smelly faintly of dmt

any idea what it is

Pour some salt out on the counter and take a looksy, are they square?

Fact is, water will evaporate and leave salts behind as it does. Are you smelling dmt or the familiar fragrence of other compounds?

looked online they look about the same probably salt but who knows

In many preparations you turn your compound into an acid salt, and evaporate the solvent (often water) to leave behind crystals. (Think recrystalization). Except instead of a freebase we have a salt.

Evaluate this, as it applies.
