Wow. Fantastic work writing this up! Thank you for posting
Just had a skim through and your entry THIS IS ALL YOU ARE, NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS really struck me. I think if DMT had a main message you've got it there as crystal clear as I've ever seen it written anywhere else.
I'll try and explain what I make of this message in how it applies to life.
Since the message is purporting to tell you who you are, lets take a look at that question.
Who are you? Based only on experience. What you are experiencing now is dependent on your consciousness. Without it there could be no experience. What you experience exists within your consciousness. It's always there. Here. Now. It's linked to the body but even then the body you experience exists within it. Your thoughts, emotions, sensations, visions, everything is experienced within your consciousness. It could not be without it.
But what is your consciousness? There is no good answer for that. It just "is". Where is it? No good answer for that either but we might safely say it doesn't exist in the world as we perceive it. Can you see or detect scientifically someone else's consciousness? Yet surely that too exists.
The next part is where the explanation gets difficult. You ARE your consciousness. What you are experiencing right here right now. Take some time to think of any other answers to the question who are you and ask do any of these answers really exist or apply to my current experience. Do your name, job, possessions, relationships really exist here and now beyond mental constructs? And even if they do, don't they only exist because you are conscious of them? It's the one constant thing your whole life - all other things come and go within it.
Your consciousness brings this world into existence. There can be no known without a knower. And yet the two are intrinsically connected. In that sense you are everything that is. You are the knower and the known. You are the universe experiencing itself - the universe is in its entirety is made of physical matter, but for the physical matter to exist there needs to be a non-physical experiencer - you are both those things at once.
It's a paradoxical concept that can't really be explained well in words. But if you do some inquiry you might find that some of this rings true. Sorry for the long post - I hope it made some sense! Peace
