Hi, i would like to welcome myself. I don't really want to leave my first name or even second same. But you can call me Bolbo biggins Smile I am 23, live in the United Kingdom, still at home with my parents. I had depression from 16 up until present but i am improving a lot and my mood has lifted dramatically in the last year or so. Still find it difficult to think of things to do with my time but thankfully due to a lot of research on reality and life as a whole i have found a path which i feel i was always meant to be on (spiritual) Smile I enjoy watching funny movies, researching ancient knowledge, sacred geometry, spending time with friends and family and exploring my consciousness. I also like to take my dog dylan (border collie) for walks in the country and see the beautiful outdoors.

I am pretty new to the whole Psychedelic scene and haven't taken a whole lot of them. I have taken magic mushrooms before a few years ago and i thought they were wonderful, apart from the last time i took them. I did have had one bad experience on them because i didn't take them with the right intention or mindset, and because of that one experience i decided to stop. I have since realized i needed to respect them more and if i could get them now, i would have different intentions and have a lot more respect for them. I was more into drugs like XTC, cocaine and meow meow in my younger years, but i haven't taken anything like that in a few years. I would love to take MDMA but i just cannot find any Sad Also more than any other drug experience i would like to have is that of DMT or the spirit molecule. I have read so much about it on various websites, watched countless youtube videos and from reading stories on here. I think it is something i could really learn from and it sounds like a life changing experience too. I find the stories of people of who have taken it fascinating.

Minds a blanks at the moment can't think of much more to add. Glad i have been accepting into this site and look forward to sharing experiences with you guys. Peace and love Smile

Welcome! There are many good folk here that can relate to your story. Learning and expanding myself has been one of my favorite ways of breaking out of depression as well. I think we need to review our connection to the ancients for sure. I've been smoking green for the most part, which has been my life saver, but have tried MDMA. DMT is by far the most intriguing experience, even though I'm still a novice. You're gonna enjoy it on the right mindset.

Love and luck on your journey!

Welcome to the Nexus!

Regarding depression, is there anything in particular that gets you down, or is it just a generalized feeling?

Do you do regular strenous exercise? How are your eating habits? While it may sound silly but these things make a world of difference for depression. And so does finding something you can dedicate to, like a hobby or work or study that you are really interested in and can slowly improve and see your development.

How are your parents in relation to drugs, do they know about your use ?

See ya!
