yet another standardization. [insert 3-letter gov't agency acronym] uses that, and MSDS documentation, to appease the technically-inclined and technically-challenged.

My biggest gripe about naming popular brands is that they get associated with drug manufacture. Then moms cry to supermarkets and good things get taken off the shelves. Sloppy Birch reductions have already contributed largely to this, and seeing certain chemicals, although unlikely, attributed to DMT production would be a sad day for everyone here. We all know it only takes 1 irresponsible teenager to do this community a world of hurt.

Keeping ^ in mind, it would be pretty neat to have an MSDS section on the forums. But for our own protection, (and the protection of our store bought ingredients) we should take this step with care.

Big grin

I like your way of thinking...but rest assured, we all think like that...and since you made it past the n00b status into full member, you can also rest assured that that sort of thought process is considered in the screening process. It's more rigorous than in the past, it has to be.

I will also push for you to get access to the forum. If you promise to keep the attitude in check I see you as a valuable addition. A MSDS thread be more appropriate there as well.
