I would like to discuss my personal journey that brought me to DMT.

For over 20 years i've been exploring meditation, Astral planes and other esoteric realities.
I studied Kung fu and Aikido, tried a few hallucinogen.

With much effort, I could access planes that where just incredible.
After hearing descriptions of DMT experiences, I found some described EXACTLY
my Astral travels.

Knowing that our brain produces DMT naturally, I theorize that, through meditation I
Increase my natural DMT production.

I have not tried DMT yet. Still doing my research.
I want to try DMT, not as a short cut, but to better understand the paths I take to certain planes.
If (to me) the DMT experience is like my Astral travels, then I will know DMT is most likely the key.
I can then concentrate my meditations sessions towards activating my natural DMT.

Any thoughts?

Meditation is great! I'm not sure you can increase enogenous DMT by meditation alone, however. Worse, I'm not sure how this could be investigated further. But it would be interesting to hear your experiences and a comparison/contrast between what you experience when in deep meditation and with the DMT.

Also, is your username a reference to this?

Will keep everyone updated on my findings...if any. lol

No my user name is my spirit guide. Mostly in his Raven form.
As a child, they would always follow me on hunting or fishing trips.
In the north, in winter you don't see many animals. I could always look up and see ravens.
Starting at age 7 my cousin and I (same age) would walk 3 km in the bush, in winter...to go fishing. Alone. Digging holes in the ice with axes. Building our fire. We would even make tents
out of sapling branches.

lol...Today, the parents would be arrested for that. lol

Beautiful that you have had the honor of having such a strong connection with your spirit animal already. They are so wonderful Big grin

I'm sure that you will find a load of joy in the psychedelic experience!

Tripping is not a shortcut, it only amplifies your mindstate up to infinity.

If you desire mystical experiences, u might not want to extract the pure chemical. While DMT on it's own certainly is very powerfull I have the impression that the full plant spectrum of alkaloids brings a little bit more mystery to the experience Thumbs up
there are a lot of other etheogens u could look into. Shrooms, cacti and ayahuasca beeing the 3 most popular. Each has the potential to completely blow your mind
