Hello ladies and gents, Pathos here. Some have you may already know me. But, iv'e lacked the time to create a proper introduction, so here we go.

I have a deep passion for art, as well as mind-altering substance's such as the oh so lovely, psychedelics. I'm not really a fan of any other drug. If, you can even call some of them drugs. I personally don't like calling DMT, LSD, and any psilocybin mushrooms, drugs. I consider a drug, to be a substance that can cause harm, addiction, and overall just basic dependence. I consider these hallucinogenic drugs, as well as a few other's, to be mind expanding molecules that our government has made illegal, to stop us from thinking so much outside of the box they all contain us in. Now, beyond the seemingly crazy talk, I do have purpose for these hallucinogens.

My favorite is certainly DMT. I love how you lose all control of reality in a matter of seconds. I love the community around it. I love every aspect of mind awakening properties, that this magnificent molecule gives us. LSD quickly follows right behind it. Just about everyone want's a good, fun trip. I certainly do. But, what drags me closer and closer to these substance's, are the absolute terror they can give us. Nightmare trips are my favorite. They're so intense. So real. The feeling of never coming back, is a feeling that can only be described by the chemical makeup of Adrenaline, itself. Fear is an emotion most of us intend to avoid. For what reason, though? It's such a powerful emotion that can take control of our entire body. It's such a realistic emotion. Going through a trip through hell, is rather appealing to me in every single aspect. Now, don't get me wrong, i'm not talking about trips that lead to injury. Obviously, that's no fun at all. But i'm sure most of you have been there. Laying in your bed, trapped in your thoughts. These, incredibly vivid images racing in your thoughts. These terrors coming to life, your worst nightmares materializing through the means of your shadow's presence. Ahh, what a thrill. I do love a good mind awakening experience though, for sure.

Some things that hallucinogens have taught me. (Some seriously, some just crazy trip thoughts that have stayed in my mind hehe)

1. Purple

Oh man. Purple is a bad color. Purple is where they hide. Those who stay unnamed. The evil doers, lurking in the haze. With it's presence comes bad vibes, and just terrible, terrible presence,

2. The 'hypercube'

If you do not know what this shape is, i'll describe. It's like a 3D cube, outside of a 3D cube, whilst still connecting. Just search 'Hypercube' in google image search and you'll find it. Iv'e come to the conclusion that is not a shape. It is a map. I was in the peak of an intense Acid trip. The blotters were red/brown/black Aztec designs. The blotter seemed fairly large as well, and was described to be very "fire" acid. At the peak, I smoked 45mg of pure freebase DMT out of my buddy's GVG. Oh dear jesus.. That is another story. But, while in the middle, I came to the conclusion that the Hypercube, is a map. Not a shape. How? Well I unfortunately didn't write my thoughts down, but I knew. I still know to an extent. Perhaps next time I will ponder and share what it really is Wink

3. The universe

We are all one. Connected in way's that our minds cannot explain.

These are just a few of my thoughts and conclusions. There are thousands more. I hope to contribute my knowledge to the ever expanding Nexus, and make other's aware of valuable knowledge! Smile

Welcome to the Nexus!

I agree to some extent that psychedelics are somewhat different (and safer) than many other substances commonly used Psychedelics can also cause harm when incorrectly managed. It's very important to have that in mind, otherwise it may be counterproductive and prevent people from listening to psychedelic users due to the bias.

I also dont think the legal status of psychedelics is explained only by an active conspiracy to prevent us from thinking outside the box. I think that political decisions are often more pulverized, disconnected from each other, moved by misinformation, prejudices, media panic, gathering more votes for next election, etc. In any case it's clearly wrong and does more harm than good, as we all know, so we definitely must fight against that.

Purple is a beautiful color like all others and IMO just as an integral part of the psychedelic experience as any other.. I think that if you connect to your mind that purple is bad, this might lead you into having negative trips when you see that color even if there wasnt anything bad happening. But of course you are entitled to having your own theories and ideas. We're all just guessing here, nobody has any clue what the hell this existence is all about Smile

Be well!
