Hi everyone, I thought I'd update you on my DMT abstinence . If any one remembers I had no CEV's for a month. Bare in mind was a daily Changa smoker (rizla/Mullein method). So after a 2 week break , I felt this wasn't a case of waiting for "The Calling" but a case of changing my habits . Showing the mighty Changa a bit more respect and not to over indulge with daily usage. By the way, the 2 week break was needed, I took some Melatonin for a week every night and had some of the most solid sleep I've ever had, waking up feeling excellent and totally rested.I could tell my brain needed a rest and I had a great fortnight overall. When I started smoking again I was in for some treats, CEV wise and bliss wise. I've since moved onto my new bong (I will post a picture "everyone should own one of these" ) Experimenting with the bong is great. The 2.2.2 Changa in a bong is maybe too much Harmala for me. But the 2.2.1 Changa mixed with a bit of Mullein , taken in small amounts building up, is some thing special . Going from zero to hero indoors isn't for me I did hit 75 mg in one hit and got a bit scared when the music started to disappear. Outdoors I'm fine ,vape ahoy! My new regime is maybe a joint during the week if the stars are aligned but on a Saturday or a Sunday I will have a bong session . Its all good . The best to you all DeltaSpice attached the following image(s): IMAG0275.jpg (2,212kb) downloaded 194 time(s).

Yep, MAOI & DMT mess with sleep big time. See my thread: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=61648Tops for the restraint, sometimes we forget how much time we have on the earth and feel an impetuous drive to slam down hardcore sessions again and again when the unconscious processes might infact really need a bit of "rehabilitation" or "resetting" Not to mention DMT has been rated of having an addiction potential of Codeine, Mescaline & Methadone.

Really interesting . I have definitely become a more impulsive person. I meet a lot of different people on a daily basis through my job and having always been fairly quiet and restrained in social situations I now have become more open and impulsive and its a real positive for me. I don't know about DMT being addictive though. I am happy to go without now, because I know what is to come or what's waiting for me.

The best to you all Knowing when to put it away is just as important as knowing when to use. We all go through things in our life. It's subtle most of the time. But if you've ever been in a very poor state of mind...or a place that you don't want to be...those feelings will rear their heads inside of the experience and it will become very obvious to you. The come up is usually where you see this in detail. The actual process itself puts a bad taste in your mouth and you don't want to do it again, because it brings back all that stuff to the surface. So what you do is put it away. Maybe even forget about it for a while. Because as much as I like to believe that doing it every day for 2 weeks will hamper the experience, I've been in certain positive moods where doing it every day was possible for a week or two. But we need to be patient with ourselves. The experience, for me anyway, is a tool. I hold respect and love for that tool, but need to remember sometimes that it's not always the best tool for the job.

I can definitely relate, despite my meager experience. I feel like I want to do it every day, but for some reason, I don't. I feel it when I'm ready to go, I also feel it when I'm not, and I'm not trying to force it. Set & Setting

I just partook and witnessed amazing God Code attached to objects , fluorescent blues, oranges, yellows. I was thinking, "how could I describe this to people"? Truly amazing . I know if I had smoked a bit more everything would have changed to high definition plastic but I have to cook etc. , I have work early tomorrow . I just pray the wave is still here for the weekend when I can bong ahoy and take it further . I feel so appreciative

A review of studies on ritual users of the DMT-containing brew Ayahuasca concluded that: "A decoction of DMT and harmala alkaloids used in religious ceremonies has a safety margin comparable to codeine, mescaline or methadone. The dependence potential of oral DMT and the risk of sustained psychological disturbance are minimal." [108] They are concluding that Ayahuasca is LOW risk for dependency and psychological disturbance. We have come to expect mass media to misrepresent our sacraments (among other things)... There is no place for it here. Approach it and there is no beginning; follow it and there is no end. You can't know it, but you can be it, at ease in your own life. -lao tze Enjoy the Mystery!rootsie
