Hey!

New to this site and would like some guidelines on microdosing Iboga.

I was lead to Iboga so intuitively that I thought it was a blessing. I desired to experience the plant for the whole experience, but more importantly the introspective aspect and physically renewal. I was given roughly 20caps, 700mg each cap, of Root Bark after not following through with a desired flood dose of Ibogaine. I had an ECG, and because of my long athletic background through childhood I have "sport's heart" or slow heart rate. Although I'm completely healthy, they felt it would be a risk because of the QT interval.

I still saw the light of this reality. I've entered an introspective stage of self-enlightenment long before the iboga came to awareness, and moments of inspiration have lead me to a well of realizing and self-work. Although I won't be having a full on experience, I've agreed that maybe I don't need it, and I was left with the root bark to introduce to my daily routine and journey forward.

With that being said, can anyone offer any insight to experimenting with a cap of root bark on a daily or weekly basis? I read a thread by Bancopuma who had some great insight on micro dosing with a tincture and that's definitely something I'll look in to. Could a tincture be more effective than a capsule of root bark powder? And what would be the difference in experience and effect? Intensity?

Also, I'm a morning person who exercises regularly. Could I take this upon waking and continue functioning as I would normally?
