Should I attempt to siphon off the Naptha and try to pull out the remaining goodies?

Sure! Unless you were very thorough with your original pulls you will probably get a little bit out of it

I would do a total evap to make sure I got everything out of it. If you make infused herb/changa I would just use all of the resulting goop so long as it doesn't look too suspect. If you want a bit of nice freebase instead I would still do a total evap but at the end take that goop and do a mini-recrystallization.
