..anyways, the human brain is a resource hog. Some seekers can
manifest a diet related lack of
essential fatty acids which can lead to
all kinds of problems, incl. depression, psychotic episodes, epilepsy, bipoloar disorder & other madness....
If that happens, then we need to supplement with omega3 or include more foods
that are rich in these (omega3 fatty acids) foods like small sea fish...(sardines...etc)
..avoid big sea fish (oil) for ethical and heavy metal contaminant reasons
