I tried to log in around 1am GMT and 12pm GMT and both times it seemed to be auto-refreshing like crazy.

Well it seems like it's on auto-refresh every 1/4 second anyway. I've tried chrome and firefox. On top of that I've erased everything to do with my browsing history. Still same results. Both on my laptop and my phone
