Hi all

I am happy to join this community.Thumbs up

I am quite interested in mystical issues including sufism and shamanic practices. But I was not aware of psychedelic plants since the books I read on shamanism was more focused on shamanic drumming technique rather than plant teachers to alter the mind-state. I interacted with psychedelic plants when I was searching on herbal treatments for psychologic disorders. Of course I noticed that these plants is strictly connected with shamanism.

As already well-known by a Nexian, providing a harmaline source is much easier than a DMT source. I easily obtained Peganum Harmala (PH) from a herbal shop and started to use with mixing honey in an amount of 2-teaspoon powdered PH before going to sleep. I practised it 3-4 times a week. In my experience, PH solely can much help to alter mind state if you support this with meditation and/or breathing techniques. I am looking for a DMT source around but not found yet. Other than PH, I tried San Pedro cactus once and bought 4-5 of them to grow at home.

Hope to share more experiences !
