embracingtheparadox,

I think you are taking a report to seriously. As if his message applies for the rest of us. Thus renders DMT, or any plant for that matter to fetch us with single message, of universal value.

I think he is working with his mind being religiously defined: procreation, book of life...

I think that universal in plant experiences is that they makes us work on what is our homework, and we all have different ones, but I do believe we all can and must heal.

I think it's far more likely that the person who wrote the report is at some level, beyond their ability to grasp it consciously, feeling guilty about their sexuality or more accurately the ramifications of their sexuality. Now this of course may be such a deep seated guilt that it is basically inconsequential. But the fact remains that from a strictly biological sense, we are here to procreate. Anything else we do beyond having children is just extra entertainment, but as a species we are here to have kids and keep the species going. From a societal standpoint that's not necessarily the case, but I think you'll find that the vast majority of people still do believe that the "right and proper" thing to do is get married, have a couple kids, grow old, and die. Obviously being gay cuts off that biological imperative to further the species which unfortunately can and will instill at least some level of guilt which can bubble to the surface of the psyche when taking psychedelics.

I realize that many people prefer to take these experiences at face value and map them onto their lives and worldview 100% as they are. I can't really do that. We're dealing with diving deep into our own minds here first and foremost. Now we might actually be touching other dimensions and meeting actual, intelligent entities, but I would first examine the experience to see if there is possibly a root cause in my own psyche to explain what I've seen. If I can't find one AND there is some sort of proof in the experience that it is not being derived from my own mind, then I will start to entertain the possibility of actual inter-dimensional travel.

Well said. As someone who has had several breakthroughs, I can tell you that traumas do, in fact, sometimes surface during the breakthrough. It's highly probable that this person is trying to work through a problem that was already there--something distracting him from partaking in the fruits of consciousness. There's nothing wrong with it, since as we walk through life we're always going to encounter distractions and traumas both large and small. And there's nothing wrong with that. All we can do is adjust our approach to the lower dimensions of reality and participate with all our heart Big grin

Id personally work on your life outside of a DMT/Psychedelics/Psychoactives forum. Not one of these plant medicines is a 'quick fix' , nor is it a one way road to a complete revamping; it's a continual dialogue with yourself - a constant healing. Things aren't as black and white as 'will this heal me'.

Be well.

I second this. It doesnt really matter what other entities may tell to us on a journey, unless it becomes helpful.
No need for negative feels, no matter what. We create everything, so we can create positivity as well.

I wouldn't read too much into someone else's experience... afterall the experience was not meant for you.

How you would personally interpret something is not how others may perceive it. We can all sit back and speculate as to what the person's experience may mean but unlikely we will ever understand.

Should you chose to have an experience it will be entirely yours...and yours to figure out as well.

Please remember - the problems you have before you embark on this experience will be there when it is all over. You may (or may not) have a new perspective on them or seek to resolve them when it is over... but having the experience will not magically "cure" you of anything.

Insert a profound and life-altering statement here for others to read.

Those praying Mantis are really tricky bastards. Very happy
The whole ascention thing was imho just a red hering to get his attention.
No word from me either about the fact that he wanted to become cattle for them, so that they could extract his 'juices'.
Imho its ALL about the question of procreation, him beeing homosexuall makes the problem only more salient.

As i am in the same/similar situation (no possible future wife around) i wont be suprised when i'll get a similar hyperspace experience.

Imho its good practice to threat hyperspace experiences like conspiracy theories. Always ask yourself: who profits most? Whats the general intention? etc.

Thanks for sharing this report, it was fun to read. What is so unnerving about it? That we might be cattle for higher beings? I would agree, but only because we are so used to be on top of the food chain. Perhaps every animal believes that before it gets eaten.

mindof12,

Sorry I didn't see your question on time, I am traveling from India to Mexico, and am with cold and bad jet leg.

But back to your question, it seems you are in pain and suffering, first thing I would say don't panic.

You are very young, yet you mention medical diagnostics, have you self diagnosed or was it done by a professional?

In any event why don't you elaborate more on your situation and we may be better off getting you our opinion:

- are you on meds?
- how is your sleep pattern?
- how is your $ situation?
- are you in therapy, and what kind?
- what is you major concern?

It is great you want to heal, but be patient, you will...

Best
Jox
