Ayahuasca is like a star in the night sky that leads you to right directions on your life path – path that is full of Ancient wisdoms and teachings by our roots and ancestors but with who we have lost connection in our daily lives.

This will be very long and detailed post but I hope that you will enjoy every second of it. Take your time .

I. The Beginning

Countryside. Place totally out of civilization, like locals are saying over here. Even though remote place, it was full of beauty and magic. Woods and forest next to it, sea few hundred meters away, birds singing and not a single human produced noise around. Rain has just fallen.
Air is fresh.

The temple. 8 people, 1 shaman from Mexico and 1 God – Jurema, name of the plant God that our Ayahuasca was made out of. We all sat in the geometrically – 4 people on the one side and 4 people on the other side and it shaped a perfect circle.

When we arrived then I took a minute to wonder around this place, I just connected with it immediately. Inside of head I was thinking „So today this is going to happen. I have thought about this day for 3-4 years.


II. Ceremony Room

Our Ceremony Master was preparing the room for the Ceremony.
Ceremony room was 5x5 meters box-sized room and ½ of the wall surface area was covered by window glasses and forest right next to it.
Floor was covered with white clothing. Floor, next to the wall area, was covered with pillows (to sit and lay) and buckets (for purging).

Then there was the Altar – for the Shaman to do his work.
On the middle of the table there was an candle. On the right side of the candle there was an knife and between the candle and knife there was a small shiny rock.

Candle was surrounded by different items from the every direction (and included things like crystals, bird feather etc). There also were 4 additional candles on the table + whole surface of the windowsill was covered with candles. Shaman as-well had his guitar and few other musical instruments.


III. Introduction to the Ceremony

Ceremony began with an Indian talking stick. Everyone who had the stick had to say something – all of the people were telling the reason why they were there.

For the most of them it was like 7-8th time to do Ayahuasca, some of them had done it for 20 times – for me it was the first time. I felt save. Save because I have known this Shaman for 3 years and by looking into his eyes I can see ancient wisdom shining back – to this day he is one of the most important people in my life.

All of us had questions for the plants – questions/concerns about things we are opened to receive answers for...
To be more detailed then they said „I am ready to take everything that the plants offers and I'm open to everything“ – one thing that I didn't say because ... it was my first time, even though I prepared for this Ceremony and I have had read about Ceremonies for 4 years already.

It was not a problem, I still had an awesome time.

When everyone had introduced themselves and said their wishes, then Shaman began to talk and drawn the lines. He told to us to be prepared to receive everything, be prepared that your life will be changed forever but also be prepared that you will slightly/barely feel something.

That said, he introduced the ceremony and what is going to happen.

He also said to show us how we were going to drink and how to follow what is he doing.

He poured out Ayahuasca to 330ml/0.33l cup – it was almost totally full. Then he gave us approximately 3x smaller cup – about the size of cough syrup cup that comes with the bottle. Then he began o play music and we started to drink the Ayahuasca.

He also told us that not to fill the smaller cup to the brim with the Aya because if you put it full and have a sip, then you could pour something over your cup and waste it.

Also he introduced the Gong – everytime, when the music had been played for a while (cannot tell exact time because I had no understanding of time or whatsoever), then he hit the Gong, which snapped us back from out meditative state – it was a reminder to us that it’s time to take another sip of the Aya.


IV - Beginning of the Ceremony

I understood the rules and it began.
I was pouring first dose from the bigger cup to smaller cup.
Even though I immediately had the respect for the Plant, the smell was really horrible.

So I took first sip and I was surprised – taste was much tolerated then the smell.

Yes, it didn’t taste super or good at all but it wasn’t extremely horrible.

When I was holding hands around the cup after first sip I immediately started feeling the POWER of this plant. By the power I mean the energy between my hands and the cup was really intense and static. I took another sip and was wondering that when will I start purging – i didn’t want it but I had heard of it all the time.

After a short period of time after second sip was the first time when I felt that „Okay, now something wants to come up!“ – It didn’t happen yet. I closed eyes and concentrated on the music.


V – Birth of Me

Sometimes later everything started floating. I didn’t have open-eye visuals but I had a closed eye visuals.

Most memorable CeV I had was something crazy. Vision I had – I was travelling through the tube. At first I didn’t understood what kind of tube it was where I was travelling – everything was in red and looked exactly like human flesh but there was no blood... colors were dimmed and gradient – they switched colors but red was still dominating color.

Suddenly I discovered – it was me who was travelling on this tube and it was me as a fetus, about to be born. When I understood what is going on, then I had about fraction of time and I was seeing „Tunnel Vision“ – bright light (which was very small and got wider) was speeding towards me, getting brighter and brighter and suddenly when everything was at its brightest, sacred geometry like symbols popped out and were being drawn with a yellow color – BOOM and everything was over.

It was most memorable visual I had.

But experience I had was in general not about visuals at all.
It was all about mental state of mind.

My mind received data that I haven’t ever had before – old teachings and wisdoms from the roots of the Earth and Jurema which were also connected with my roots and ancestors.
I began to realize that Ayahuasca was doing Her work on me.


VI – Big lesson #1 – All is One

I’m only going to bring out (mostly) “Big Lessons” given to me by the Ayahuasca – those lessons gave me the most valuable teaching that I will integrate to everyday life.

Most of the lessons were more very personal – I have had all kind of personal complexes and ego problems (afraid to Dance on public places because I cared of what other people would think of me and how they would judge me – I got rid of that for example and got rid of lots of other things that made life harder).

But the first big lesson could also be renamed to “assurance about my previous beliefs”. The theory of “All is One” is no stranger to me. I have felt connected to every animal and earth since I was something around 19-20. The old feminine voice with ancient teachings and wisdom travelled through unidentified channels told me and I was told “Everything is one.

Every single organism is connected to each other. Everything is eternal/infinity and boundless. Respect and love everyone, smile more often, say encouraging words even to strangers, motivate other people and don’t judge them by their appearance. Be tolerant.”.

I was in awe because I just had realized that I was in connection with ancient teaching and wisdom bank for the first time in my current life form.


VII – Big lesson #2 – Nature

“People can forgive you, God will forgive you but Nature will never forgive you!” -
wise words by out ceremony Master during the ceremony.

I have always respected the nature, haven’t never littered while being there etc and even though I have felt much more connections to earth (instead of sea, air or fire).

Despite that, I haven’t never spent time on the forest consciously – yes I have been there lots of times but I haven’t never gone there because of some reason, I just have ended up there on my way to somewhere. Suddenly my brain has been hacked by the super cosmic computers and they are uploading ancient wisdom

“If you want to know and learn about yourself then you have to go to the forest.If you want emotions, then go to seaside”.

Vision rushes through my mind and it expands – now I have a question “why are everyone usually afraid of the forest (night forest)? Why are all Hollywood movies portraying forest as an horrible place where to go (all kind of scenes in horror movies takes place on the forest)?

Fear only exists in our heads; we give fear the power over ourselves by creating our thoughts and reality based on the information that is fed to us through the media.

Now I can’t wait until I can go to forest because I feel more connected to it than ever.
Forest and the whole nature is like Wi-Fi to consciousness – I want to stay connected.

Instead of expensive stress (etc) therapies with doctors in their cabinets and pills described we just should go to forest, listen to birds singing, swim in the lakes and meditate under the tree. But this is just my opinion, I might be not right + everyone has a right for their own opinion. Just, current model hasn’t shown promising results to us.


VIII – Big Lesson #3 - Unconditional Love

Since the beginning of adult life, I have been very jealous person.

I used to be even kind of paranoid back in the days when I saw some other dude talking to my girlfriend. Have always wanted to read those messages what other guys were writing etc. All of this made me feel very nervous/anxious/sad/angry/feared to be dumped etc inside.
When there were no problems, then I made those up inside my head…

In almost last 2 years I have been different. I haven’t been so paranoid anymore.
Yes I have been jealous a little bit and worried to lost GF when have seen other guys having a conversation with her.

Suddenly new information has been uploaded to my mind, which says – “Unconditional Love!” and it ran by the definition “Don’t be feared to lose and don’t be egoistic to hold someone next to you against their will, if they would wanna experience something new”

After that I purged – by this time I had finished whole batch already.
IT WAS SO GOOD! EVERY negative thing inside of me was just released! All bad emotions like anger, fear, envy, jealousy, greed etc – all swiped away! I FELT SO CLEAN AND PURE after that! I personally think that it was connected with my jealousy and previous paranoia of losing the one I love. I had acknowledged my biggest negative thing inside of me and when it was done, everything was released!

I went home, told that to her, she sat on my lap and hugged me very strongly and smiled to me. And I myself felt really good because of telling her this.

I’m not afraid of anything anymore – I wouldn't leave her when she would “be” with someone else. If she gets feelings for the new soul after that one night and I really would lose her because of this one time, then would not be the end – every ending means room is being made something new to come that is supposed to come.

I also realized that I first have to learn how to love my self and then I can love other people.
It makes my life so much easier.

IX – Ceremony inside the ceremony

Everyone were laying down, each one of them in their own thoughts and worlds when suddenly Shaman really quietly asked that if someone has Santa Maria (Marijuana).

We were about to do make an ceremony inside the ceremony. One guy luckily was having bag of Santa Maria with him. Shaman rolled two joints out of them. One side of the circle got first one and other side of the circle got second one. Everyone had to take 3 buffs and make a dedication (if you didn’t want to smoke, then you just moved your hand with the joint up in the direction of the sky) – first to the stars, second to the moon and third to the wolves.

After that you passed the joint next people who was on your left or right hand side.

First I didn’t know if it is a good idea to smoke Santa Maria when I am already tripping balls on the Ayahuasca and having the most spiritual experience in life. Shaman told that Santa Maria and Ayahuasca go perfectly together. I trusted him and oh boy was he right!

My concentration on the trip got much better - it was not weak or something before… just now it was even stronger but the wisdom was now different.

X – Ending

Ceremony was about to end. Ceremony Master sent the talking stick around and everyone said what they had to say. Then he continued. He said that his ceremonies are about to show people light so they could find their path.

He urged us to integrate our experience from this Ceremony to our daily lives, so we could exist in harmony and be more peaceful, tolerant, loving, smiling and have a happy life – because everything that we experience and get is a reflection of our energy that we give out.

My favorite part of this Ceremony was when I was on the crop field with shaman, out from the ceremony place – sky was very dark and we were able to see the Milky Way with our bare naked eyes. We stared at the sky with awe because it was just indescribable and suddenly He said with a laugh while still looking up “Let’s resurrect”

That... That was well worth the read. Your whole account is awe inspiring and there were times I could relate even. However, the end.. that resonated.

Sounds like an awesome experience. I'm really interested in attempting this but I need to do research on the least nauseating way of doing it though.
