@Beacon- Teach me how you do that so fast. Your work seems like it takes much longer. Always love to see the new stuff you're generating. Unique and vivid imagery Smile

thanks Droid. i guess it's a matter of knowing the software intimately so you can make it work for you as efficiently as possible. most of my stuff does take much longer as i tend to be very precise and (overly) controlling throughout the process. whenever i feel like there's no pressure on an image (non-commissioned projects mostly) i can crank something out in several minutes and be done with it.

kaaos - very cool, keep at it. would love to see more.

@SalviaDroid:
Thank you but I think you have it backwards, its YOUR work that is inspiring!
I am absolutely flabberghasted by this last one. Amusingly I had headphones on with Shpongle up full blast when I first saw it.... sometimes timing is everything!

@Kaaos:
Those are really really cool!
I especially love the baby!
And I agree with Beacon, I would love to see more

@Art:
Holy cow....
I want to use a far far stronger word than cow.
I looked at this very closely (that takes a while) and I have a very good idea of what it took to make it...
I seriously doubt that many other people have a grasp of exactly what it is that you have done or how much work doing it requires. The stuff you make is not just good art, its also an heroic amount of labor and planning.

Thank you very much, Mealea. It is true I'm a glutton for punishment.

This render is as good as it's going to get for this particular piece of the puzzel. It took many hours to get it, and it failed halfway through, 3 out of 4 times I tried. I am seriously well over 200 million polys in this one ZTool alone (and every piece of it is decimated as far as it can possibly go). I can't do Spix above 3, so I get aliasing around the edges, and I can't really say overall that this is how I see the whole thing in my head. Very frustrating. The models are good I think, but the file size has gotten so unbelievably huge and unwieldy that it's really become problematic to do anything more with it - so that's that.

Now, my challenge is to put the other pieces on top (in several separate renders) and make it all look organic. My fear is that when it all comes together, it's going to look like a badly assembled pastiche (rather than a dynamic scene that appears to have been rendered in one pass) - but I guess I'll find out soon enough.

If it works out, I think I'd like to print it full size. It's not going to read very well any smaller.

@Kaaos- Your work greatly amplifies the flow of symmetrical and parralel patterns of the psyche. Great placement of Symbols and motifs too. A great balance between chaos and order.

@Uncle Knucles- What wonderful and creative patterns you envision to life. An ancient and mystical message embodies itself in your work. Something lost, but not forgotten. Thanks for bringing back some of the message in your own creative manner.

@Wax- Marvelous blending of both the Traditional and digital mediums. Raw earthy utensils colliding with electrical current to forge a foreboding and mysterious work of art. Your use of overlayed textures keeps the full spectrum of the image balanced.

Here is some collaboration work I'm doing with PotentLifestyle Inc. Very excited about this. 3 different designs printed on both sides. These will run around $45. They are being crafted as we speak. Hopefully more Merch in the future to come! Not sure if it's against Nexus policy to post a link to their website page? Anyways these are soon to come!

Thanks guys! I should probably clarify that each different drawing is a seperate shirt. The same image is simply mirrored on the back and the front. So there's 3 different shirt designs available. Guess I made this a lot more confusing than it should have been -_-;;

I like the way that the board appears to pop out in a very natural 3D kind of way.

Art, that's quite nuts. I look forward to seeing this and the original side by side. One thing I think you really nailed is the dude's personality. He's really looking at you and there's a presence behind those eyes.

Sebastian, love it. Simple, elegant, resonant and nicely balanced.

There have been so many diversely talented visionary artists presented within this truly amazing thread; each one unique and highly expressive, that it makes the mind spin... I'm so lovin' this kaleidoscopic ride! Thumbs up

I happen to know offhand that "haba na haba" means little by little, so I catch your drift. It's really cool how you have the one large guy supporting the rest of everything.
