I understand DMT vaporizes at 70 degrees celsius, is that only in freebase form?
My crocodile wants to dry out leaves & bark faster than sitting in the sun without vaporizing the desired content.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's in FB form ! Also I don't think you're using a sudenim ( crocodile ) is nesacerry as I'm sure this site is quite safe to talk about drying some leaves and bark or anything else for that matter !!

Hummm, 70°C isn't the boiling point (vaporization), it seems to be the melting point. From the wiki : "Melting point: 44-68°C (Conflicting reports in literature, as mentioned in TIHKAL)" I think the boiling point is 160°C but i don't find a proper source. All of this ^ is for freebase form of course. « I love the smell of boiling MHRB in the morning »

If there was any truth to this ppl would just sit out in the sun and vaporize bark and forget the extraction process

I want to dry it out faster than that..... but without vaporizing the content inside by heating up the oven too much.

Is there an answer for this yet?
I used my oven at 160c/320f and the plant material appeared sort burnt. Not black but more dark brown.
I wonder if that will reduce yields?
I know pressure cooking goes up passed 120c and has great success in pulling spice from bark but baked/semi-singed might be something else.
Anyone?
