It could just be nervousness.. considering her body knows before the trip starts what the experience is like, ergo nervous tension.. either that or not enough circulation is getting to her hands I would think. Do they return to normal once baseline is reached?
My brother has this and it's a certain kind of disease involving low circulation known as raynauds syndrome. Blotchy, purple, cold hands are prevalent with this disease.
I don't understand the whole visual phenomena. It's possible after looking at your hands patterns you theoretically could visualize or see the pattern after vaping.
