I joined this forum to ask a few questions about Ginseng. I was reading this thread (amongst many others)

And was very interested in the properties of Ginseng as I have been on prescription meds for the last fifteen years (zolpidem tartrate) and have recently come off then and I'm having a bit of trouble adjusting back. The Gingseng seems to be right up my particular street for the effects I'm after ie better mental acuity, more energy etc.

I tried to buy some of the x25 extract from iamshaman.com but they don't sell it anymore and have not been able to track it down anywhere else.

I did finally purchase some panax ginseng tablets from ebay which are supposed to be 30mg ginsengoids pre tablet and some Gynostemma pentaphyllum tablets and they seem to work well.

I was just interested if anyone knows where to get the x25 extract from or if there is a better source for Ginseng extract/tincture/oil in the UK (or transportable to the UK)
