I've found this place about 2 months ago, and have finally caught the pulse to register. My experience with psychedelics is very limited (have only tried LSD twice), though the amount of reading and thinking about them I have done is very high.

My baseline philosophy is to embrace contradiction. In fact, this username was birthed when I read a DMT Trip Report here, where the member mentioned manifesting his own reality through thought. I saw this as an intrinsically valid thing, yet at the same time, hold beliefs that everyone is nothing more then a playing out of a Great Self and does not any sort of hold control. I found only grounding myself in one or the other of these beliefs led to an imbalance in life. It seems the healthiest thing for me, is to embrace both.

So yeah, that's a bit about me. I'm thinking about possibly one day trying DMT in the future, and will try LSD a couple more times.

Really glad to be here Smile Smile

Welcome to the Nexus!

Embracing the paradox sounds like a good tip for someone undergoing a psychedelic trip, akin to the `let it go` idea. Often we can be faced with seemingly contradictory visions, thoughts or feelings, and some people may have difficulty just accepting things as they come, flowing with the river.

You mention you want to try DMT. Are you researching into extractions, or are you thinking more like brewing ayahuasca or an analogue brew to drink orally for first time?

What part of the Nexus do you find yourself reading the most?

See you around!

Count me in as well. I'm new here too!

You seem very down to earth and patient. Dare I say, it's always nice to see people interested in substances as these, but possess a calm mind as to not rush into anything, especially without researching it. Practicing safety and awareness is always of utmost importance.

Thanks for the intro!
