Hey everyone, brand new to DMT-nexus here and i have some real burning questions i cant seem to find anyone has discussed previously. Anyway im currently doing my first extraction using ACRB and this TEK http://www.psychonaut.co...t-easy-low-cost-way.html i have only performed the first step which was to place 20g of the powdered bark in 200mL of water and shake every 4-6h. Basically as i was reading the procedure over it seems his defat just involves placing 50mL of naphtha and apparently this will pull the unwanted plant oils and alkaloids. But in the end of the procedure he states that the extraction of ACRB produces a low yield of only ~100mg/20g however my question is what is the solubility of DMT tannate (or whatever natural acid salt DMT contains) in standard petroleum ether (VM&P Naphtha). Will it pull a significant amount out? also would you suggest this method of defat or should i look elsewhere?

If youre only doing 20g I would recommend firstly more water , secondly forget the defat like that 50ml wont be very effective but it wont pull any alkaloids in thier salt form either they are polar and the naptha is non-polar.
500ml of pH3 soaked for a week should break it down and dissolve it into the water. Basically down scale cybs tek.

alright thanks I finished the extraction and I am freeze precipitating.. already seeing crystals! cant wait to breakthrough for the first time and take the red pill then go down the rabbit hole.
