Been wanting to check these things out for quite sometime. Just recently learned there's a center that offers sessions in these for a decent rate. Was curious if any nexians have any suggestions and whether or not you think these are worth exploring.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I've done it many times there's a really good place nearby.
I would go once a week if I could . You can get into a very deep
space doing this but I've found it takes a little practice . You realize
pretty quickly how cluttered and noisy the mind is and how it can be
difficult to quiet your thoughts at times . I try to go for the longest session
I can because it takes me a while to relax and calm my thoughts down.
I think it's the deepest you can without any drugs in fact in my opinion
It doesn't really need anything added to it . It really stands alone and has huge
potential for exploring the mind and actually making positive lasting changes in your life.
The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible.

In case of decent rates go for 2h minimum. Even as a beginner.

I'll shoot for a first session of two hours. I'm hoping I can get in the zone and learn how tkndo this pretty quick.

Yes, they're awesome. I've only done it a few times but taking some harmalas before hand (not enough to purge) definitely enhanced it a lot. I hope to try it with mushrooms soon.

I recommend going as long as you can. I did 1.5 hours and it was way too short. 3 is pretty perfect for me. Some places, if no one is scheduled to float right after your session, will let you float longer if you want with no extra charge. So it wouldn't hurt to ask. I try and schedule mine at times of the week when no one is likely to be scheduled after me, but the place is becoming more popular so it's difficult.

I do not have any experience with the tank, but as ND said above me, a low dose shrooms trip in the DT would do wonders, and yes a 3 hour sess for me to agree with as well, I could only imagine how this exp would take. But it does sound really healthy to do so.

They used to have down the road from me, not sure why they closed.... did it twice before - would love to make my own one day:
