Hello Nexians,

About a week and a half ago I completed my first extraction, the result was the (in)famous red ACRB goo. I've been quite impressed with the full alkaloid profile of the plant teacher, especially when used in combination with B. caapi leaves.

I produced 3 different batches of changa from the culminations of my pulls. However, I notice that the three different batches are all having different effects when consumed, with one being slightly weaker than a 1:1, one being a 1:1 exactly, and the last feeling like nothing but NMT & possibly the tiniest amount of 5-MeO-DMT.

My question is this; can I combine the three batches, re-soak in IPA & then evap to leave a standardized product? I'm not too concerned about ratio, as I use DMT at mostly sub-breakthrough doses & really only breakthrough in combination with an MAOI + Changa for the Ayahuasca like experience.

I appreciate anyone's advice & thank you for taking the time to view this!

why not just cut or mash all of the various strength changa leaves into small bits and then just mix all those together?

btw what type of tek did you use?

I'm not just looking to mix it all together, I want the caapi leaves to all contain roughly the same amount of alkaloids, not have different alkaloid profiles in different batches. Even mixed together, the effects are noticeably different, hence the reason for standardization.

Followed Thick-Light, if I had to make a change to the tek I'd add two or three defats before basification.

Yeah just combine the batches, add IPA, and re-evaporate. This will evenly distribute everything.

I'm finding that ACRB to be quite weird so far , i cant get a handle on it yet

It's not worth doing this with additionally adding more chemicals just combine them all in one bowl !!Thumbs up

If you read my question again, I was asking how to standardize the alkaloidal content to avoid doing that exact thing. The differences were still very apparent when smoking mixed bowls.

Just waiting for the last remaining bits of IPA to evap, it's been ~10h now, the leaves are dry & flakey, and have that lovely tryptaminic, flowery smell too them. I'll probably bomb some harmaloids tonight & do a little bioassay to make sure the batch is where I want it, I also added a scoche of freebase to kick up the ratio, as it was probably around .7:1 DMT:Leaf at first. Addition of ~200mg of spice that I had leftover in my evap container should've done the trick Pleased

Considering some anahuasca tonight though, so if no bioassay, I'll be sure to let ya'll know in the morn!

It's definitely the kind of plant teacher that demands your love & respect, but it is extremely powerful & the spice I've extracted from it has been far superior to batches I've had from MHRB, I'm quite impressed with the full alkaloidal content of the root bark/trunk bark(can't really say which I've got, could go either way).
