Can someone properly wash and clean say some crystal jars and trays and use them for foodstuff safely???

sorry if its a dumb question but im still reluctant to use some trays I have... dont want to ruin some nice pyrex oven dishes

Its best that you don't to be on the safe side, but a thorough cleaning and you should be fine. I prefer to use IPA to wash all of my glassware.
