Hey guys.
So I hear the root barks are similar in potency to chaliponga. Swim's personally only had experience with acacia brews and would like to know a bit more about other admixtures and how they compare to the acacia experience; Namely chaliponga (he'd rather skip chacruna, and doesn't want to get mimosa.)

Basically how is chaliponga different in effects from acacia (or mimosa which I hear is similar to acacia)?

Thanks in advance friends,

M.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Chaliponga is a different spirit, but a good batch can be as potent as Confusa.

Have you experience with chaliponga and acacia/mimosa?

Would you please compare the nature or characterisics of the two spirits as best you can? Are the visual qualities different or the guidng voice etc. How so?

Thanks

Main alkaloid detected in chaliponga/diplopterys cabrerana is also DMT, like mimosa hostilis and psychotria viridis. Some people express it feels subjectively different, maybe more `wild´, which was speculated to be a 5-MeO-DMT content, but several different analysis have failed to show a significant amount of 5-MeO-DMT in leaves, rather only DMT as main alkaloid. Possibly it was self suggestion, or the fact that it`s just very potent and people have been overdosing therefore thinking effects are `wild`, or possibly its other minor alkaloids also making a difference .

Either way, you can always just take it in small amounts (dosages suggested in the FAQ), and let us know how it goes for you.

Why not just try it yourself? Neutral

Because there are hundreds of combinations to try. I'm looking for some insight or guidance as to be most efficient with my time.

So many here assume I'm just sitting on my ass waiting for answers.
Swim is journeying with different recipes regularly.
No offense but the patronizing "why don't you try it" I get over and over makes me mad. I have a strong methodology for what I do. It's not like I'll say "oh I didn't think of trying it".

Swim could be "trying it" and spoiling several good vine brews with added rue to later find out from someone here that it's a bad idea. Companies don't just release meds for people to "try". They do research first. Science.

You get the reactions you get because this is a community where many people try many different things and then share the results with the community. Search through the write-ups and if you don't find anything on it, try it for yourself.

In the early days of this community, you would never see these types of posts because there wasn't info on much of it, so if someone wanted answers, they engaged in self-experimentation. So sure, do the research, read through the things people have posted, and if you don't find anything on it, figure out how it might make the most sense to go about engaging in some self-experimentation, rather than repeatedly bumping posts asking if people have tried this or that.

"Spoiling" and "wasting" materials go with the territory of exploring new and generally untested waters. It's part of the process. Thread after thread titled "Does anyone have experience with X mixed with Y" gets boring and appears, from the outside, that you are looking for spoonfeeding rather than being willing to experiment on your own. Why not try your different combinations and then provide a write-up on them so that others who come along with similar questions as you will be able to learn from your experiences?

So....differences between the chaliponga experience and the acacia one? (w/ rue)

Can't afford to try both at the moment. Experiences with acacia have been interesting. None with Chaliponga.

How are the visuals, body-feel, duration, etc. different?

Gota love this debate, as a new member myself here too. Although i see 2 sides. I have also always been on the outside of society despite my best intentions. It is making me self sufficient although it is hard alone. I am struck with the message, do unto others... I do see some questions as silly but then i see equally silly replies, as well as, i try myself to ask only smart questions but then on re-reading later Razz It is a 2 way street, it is better to practice patience and assume best intentions until proven different.

2 sides:
-I could ask "dumb" questions and learn that changing my outlook is what i needed in fact, and perhaps the question that i thought made sense actually isn't very relevant.
-i could "experiment" and troll and i might never have to share anything, there is Much gold on this site! and, i wanted to share at the nexus (don't usually) because it seems like a loving community.

Lets Grow! cheesy? it's tasty! sorry if i sound patronizing, just sharing some ideas i'm working on, can always be more humble.
